Ridgeview Knightsbridge: The use of a swanky London postcode doesn't seem out of place here, because this is one of the best sparkling wines in England: a rich, toasty, complex blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier with a dry, almost savoury finish. Delicious."
Tim Atkin The Times

"Ridgeview, Knightsbridge Merret Blanc de Noir Brut 2006 England; England’s vinous glory: fizz made in the image of champagne. Alluring and zesty – a sort of rustic Bollinger."
Jancis Robinson, Financial Times

“ Lovely golden yellow colour, bright, with an abundance of fine bubbles that form a nice persistent cordon. Open and pleasant on the nose, with a palette of fruity aromas (apple, dried apricot, fig) and buttery notes. Clean and crisp in the mouth, with silky effervescent around some full, round, well balanced body. Buttery and fruity flavours with good length. Harmonious overall."

" Here’s one of England’s finest fizzes, with lovely freshness, lemony acidity and a bit of toasty richness. Quite complex and brilliantly balanced, this would convert any sceptic."
