Blanc de Noirs £40.00
A blend of only red grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
A deep golden colour with a persistent fine stream of bubbles. Rich, earthy red fruit aromas are followed by a complex toasted palate. The finish is long-lasting and beautifully balanced.
Drink now or age for another year or two.
The rich earthy characters complement dishes including light game meats or canapés featuring mushrooms or lamb.

Ridgeview Knightsbridge: The use of a swanky London postcode doesn't seem out of place here, because this is one of the best sparkling wines in England: a rich, toasty, complex blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier with a dry, almost savoury finish. Delicious."

"Ridgeview, Knightsbridge Merret Blanc de Noir Brut 2006 England; England’s vinous glory: fizz made in the image of champagne. Alluring and zesty – a sort of rustic Bollinger."
Jancis Robinson, Financial Times
“ Lovely golden yellow colour, bright, with an abundance of fine bubbles that form a nice persistent cordon. Open and pleasant on the nose, with a palette of fruity aromas (apple, dried apricot, fig) and buttery notes. Clean and crisp in the mouth, with silky effervescent around some full, round, well balanced body. Buttery and fruity flavours with good length. Harmonious overall."
