Ridgeview's Signature Rosé

Our Fitzrovia Rosé is Chardonnay dominant. The delicate colour comes from adding a portion of our handcrafted red wine, made from our ripest Pinots.

Tasting Note

A delicate salmon colour with an abundance of fine bubbles. Chardonnay brings freshness and finesse, whilst the Pinots add the classic red fruits for which England is so acclaimed. A raspberry and redcurrant nose carries through to a fresh fruit-driven palate.

Drink now or age for another year or two.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal apéritif, especially on a warm summer’s evening. It pairs beautifully with canapés and bowls of fresh English strawberries.
