Fitzrovia £26.95
Unusual for Rosé this blend is Chardonnay dominant. We then add a portion of our carefully hand crafted red wine made from our ripest Pinots.
A gorgeous salmon colour with an abundance of bubbles and a beautifully creamy mousse. Chardonnay dominance brings freshness and finesse, whilst the pinots simply hint at the classic red fruits for which England is so acclaimed. A raspberry and red currant nose with hints of strawberries and cream carry through to a delightfully fruit driven palate. The finish is lively and long.
Drink now or age for another year or two.
Serve as a refreshing aperitif or it will pair beautifully with smoked salmon dishes or fresh English strawberries. Ideally suited to a romantic interlude or when enjoying a glorious summer evening.

"Without a doubt, Ridgeview produces some of England’s finest fizz. The Fitzrovia is a salmon-coloured, raspberry-laden beauty with a ripe, round, forward, classically styled appeal."
