Knightsbridge £32.95
A blend of only red grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier
A lovely deep golden colour with a persistent fine stream of bubbles. Expressive red fruit aromas followed by a rich complex palate that is balanced by a mouth-watering freshness. The finish is long lasting and beautifully balanced. Being from only red grapes makes it a very distinctive wine.
Drink now or age for another year or two.
Fulsome flavours and excellent body mean that it can be served with the likes of Thai cuisine, roast pork or even foie gras. For the sweets try Knightsbridge alongside a good cheescake or a plateful of ripe strawberries. Also perfect to be savoured on its own.

Ridgeview Knightsbridge: The use of a swanky London postcode doesn't seem out of place here, because this is one of the best sparkling wines in England: a rich, toasty, complex blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier with a dry, almost savoury finish. Delicious."
Tim Atkin The Times, June 2010
"Ridgeview, Knightsbridge Merret Blanc de Noir Brut 2006 England; England’s vinous glory: fizz made in the image of champagne. Alluring and zesty – a sort of rustic Bollinger."
Jancis Robinson, Financial Times, June 2010
“Lovely golden yellow colour, bright, with an abundance of fine bubbles that form a nice persistent cordon. Open and pleasant on the nose, with a palette of fruity aromas (apple, dried apricot, fig) and buttery notes. Clean and crisp in the mouth, with silky effervescent around some full, round, well balanced body. Buttery and fruity flavours with good length. Harmonious overall."
