A blend of all three classic varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with an additional portion of our carefully hand crafted red wine for colour and flavour.

Tasting Note

A delightful pale salmon colour and a very fine mousse, with delicate, fresh red berry fruit characteristics and a hint of toast.

Ageing

Drink now or age for the next year or so.

Serving Suggestions

Excellent aperitif and a wonderful accompaniment to lightly smoked fish, summer salads or even summer fruit desserts.
