Tasting Note

A delightful pale gold colour, with a very fine mousse. Delicate English apple characteristics and a light hint of toasted brioche and honey.

Ageing

Drink now or age for the next year or so.

Serving Suggestions

Excellent aperitif and a wonderful accompaniment to lightly smoked fish, oysters or summer salads.
