The team behind the Sussex Food & Drink Awards have created a wonderful map to help you find some of the finest locally-produced items available for home delivery and producers offering “safe-shopping”. Including the brilliant Brighton Express Meats‘ that offer fabulous meat or fruit & veg packs delivered next day in the Brighton & surrounding area.
Offering their signature classics for collection or delivered directly to your door. But what we’re really excited about is that their gorgeous Sunday lunches can now be enjoyed at home! Honestly, the truffled cauliflower cheese is the stuff of dreams.
If you’re local to Ditchling, don’t miss out on the opportunity to enjoy Monem’s famous Haloumi fries and a gorgeous Ditchling Lamb flatbread wrap available every Thursday-Saturday evening (you can even pick up a bottle of Ridgeview to wash it down with!). The Bull is offering delivery and collection, but we recommend getting your order in early to avoid disappointment.
Available from Wednesday through Sunday, Jeremy’s are offering a gorgeous 3-course fine dining menu for collection from their Borde Hill restaurant. Menus change weekly and there are even options for the little ones.
When you need something other than sparkling wine to satisfy your needs, our wonderful friends at Butlers Wines are working very hard to keep the community in supply of their fabulous range of local wines and others from the across the world.
Local suppliers of brilliant pastries, normally found at Brighton & Hove Albion games, offering fantastic packages to your door including gorgeous scotch eggs and even afternoon tea!
Voted best pub in the country 2018, this wonderful London pub in Highgate has quickly adapted their offerings into a brilliant take away menu including a great wine list with Ridgeview featured. Also one of the funniest lock-down Instagram accounts we follow: @theredlionandsun.
