Local florist, Rebecca Cragg, joins Ridgeview for this unique event of floral design and sparkling wine.

Spend the morning with Rebecca learning how to assemble the perfect arrangement before enjoying a tour of the Ridgeview estate and a tasting of three sparkling wines, to discover how our winemakers use similar creativity when crafting our award-winning wines.

Following the tour, sharing platters of delicious local produce will be served including Springs Smoked Salmon, Calcot Farm Charcuterie, a selection of local cheeses & breads and of course a glass of Ridgeview!

Sophie Mills of Ditchling Yoga, will lead a gentle class focusing on grounding, breath work, physical postures and meditation.

Following the class, we will guide you on a journey through our vineyard and winery. You will learn all about the processes that go into making our award-winning sparkling wine. Then settle down with a glass of Ridgeview to enjoy alongside a feasting style brunch of delicious local produce.
