Delivery questions

Do you deliver overseas?

Not by ordering on the web site. Please get in touch by emailing [email protected] for a shipping quote or a list of overseas distributors.

When will my order arrive?

All online orders are dispatched the same day when the order is completed and confirmed by 12 noon. All orders are sent via DHL Next Working Day delivery service. Orders place after 12 noon will be shipped next working day and where an order is placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday or next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.

Will I get a tracking notification from DHL?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking information.

What if my order is damaged on arrival?

Whilst we expect all our orders to be delivered undamaged, some times accidents happen.  Please take a photo of your parcel and email us within 24 hours of receipt to [email protected] which details of our order, damage and upload a photo.

Do you personalise gift messages?

Yes – it’s easy to do.  Just complete the message section within the online order system and your gift will go our with your chosen message.

Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect service for online orders.  Simply complete the notes on your online order and we’ll send a confirmation once your order is ready to collect for our Winery Shop.

Can I buy online if I am under 18?

No.  As per legal trading, Ridgeview web site and online ordering is only open to 18s and overs.

Can I cancel my order?

Terms and Conditions. Yes – but accordingly to our T&C’s.  Please view here.

What are your opening hours?

How accessible is the vineyard and restaurant?

If you are anybody within your party has any additional access and mobility requirements, please let us know in advance, so we can support you in your requirements.  Ridgeview has step free access across the estate including the vineyard, winery shop, tasting rooms, restaurant, bar and bathrooms.

We also have dedicated disabled parking bays. Please contact us by emailing prior to your visit. [email protected] or call us on Tel: +(44) 01444 242040.

Are children allowed on site?

Due to health and safety reasons, our Tours & Tastings, which involve entering our wineries, are not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Children are welcome at Ridgeview when attending an event, dining in our restaurant, The Rows & Vine, or visiting The Vineyard Shop.

Are pets allowed on site?

Dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the estate, apart from assistance or guide dogs.

Is there parking on site?

We have recently opened a new visitor car park, so there is ample parking at Ridgeview for all our guests.  There are dedicated disabled parking bays.
If you let us know in advance, we can also overnight your car in our secure carpark.
Upon prior arrangement we will be able to accommodate coach parking.

How long do tours take?

On average our tours take one and a half hours allowing plenty of time to enjoy our beautiful vineyard from The Rows & Vine restaurant afterwards where you can enjoy our specially-designed grazing menu that perfectly pairs with our award-wining sparking wines.

Is there an age restriction on tours & tastings?

Under 18s are not permitted on tours due to health and safety reasons.  However, children under the age of 18 are welcome in our restaurant, The Rows & Vine as long as they are accompanied by adults throughout the visit.

Can I cancel my tour booking?

Tours & Tastings tickets are non-refundable. You can reschedule your tour once. However, we must have at least two weeks’ notice to do so, otherwise your booking will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Ridgeview host tours year-round. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we may cancel an event for safety reasons and in this instance a full refund or alternative date will be offered.  Ridgeview reserves the right to postpone tours as required. For full T&C’s please click here.

Can I book a tour over the phone?

The quickest and simplest way to book one or our tours and see live availability is via our website.

Can I book a private tour and tasting?

Yes, we welcome private tours. Please email [email protected] who will be able to advise you on your options and any T&C’s.

The Rows & Vine Restaurant questions

When is the restaurant open?

The Rows & Vine is open Thursday to Monday from 12 noon until 8pm.  Last table booking is 5.45pm.  To make a booking click here.

Are children welcome?

Under 18s are welcome at The Rows & Vine, but must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

What is the menu?

The Rows & Vine serves seasonal tapas-style sharing plates, we’re all about bringing the best local flavours to life with sustainably-sourced produce taking centre stage alongside our award-winning English sparkling wine.  For more details on our current menu ideas click here.

Do you take group bookings?

Yes.  For bookings of eight and more, please email [email protected]

Are dogs allowed?

Only guide and special assistance dogs are allowed on the estate and in the restaurant.

Do you offer vegan options?

Yes.  We offer a small selection of vegan options.  If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let your server know on arrival.

Is the Roof Terrace covered?

No.  To ensure guests enjoy our stunning views over the Ridgeview estate, the Roof Terrace is open.  We do have a number of umbrellas and will endeavour to accommodate guests in inclement weather, but cannot guarantee being able to place guests under the pavilions due to existing bookings.

Are the pavilions covered?

The three pavilions at The Rows & Vine are covered with a permanent structure and have heaters. The modern pavilion sides can be opened and closed depending on the weather.

Is the Roof Terrace open during autumn and winter?

Sadly not.  Our fabulous views, food and award-winning sparkling wine can still be enjoyed for our three pavilions.
