Tours & Tastings
Cancellations
Tour tastings are non-refundable. Tastings can be rescheduled once, however, Ridgeview must be given two weeks’ notice.
Ridgeview host tours all year round. In the case of extreme weather conditions, Ridgeview may cancel an event for safety reason, in this instance a full refund will be granted or an alternative date will be offered. Ridgeview reserves the right to postpone tours as required.
Tour logistics
Tours last for 1.5 hours. We do not hold waiting lists for tours. Under 18’s are not permitted on tours for health & safety reasons. For private tours please email retail@ridgeview.co.uk.
If you would like to sit in the Ridgeview Wine Garden after your tour, please book a table here to avoid disappointment.
Ridgeview Wine Garden
Opening Hours
The Ridgeview Wine Garden is open from Thursday – Monday from 12 – 6pm. To book a table please click here . Ridgeview does not hold a waiting list, but you are able to set up an alert on the booking system and you will be notified of any cancellations.
Inclement Weather
The Ridgeview team will do their best to move guests from the patio & woodchip area to the stretch tent.
Dogs
Due to health & safety reasons, we do not allow pets on site. We do however welcome guide dogs and all other types of assistance dogs on site.
Wine Tasting Vouchers
Voucher details
Vouchers are valid for 12 month from time of purchase. Vouchers cannot be used in the Ridgeview Wine Garden.
‘Not on the Highstreet’ Voucher holders should please email voucher, stating when they would like to book. Bookings are subject to availability.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped via DHL for next WORKING day delivery, if ordered before 12pm.
Pets
Dogs
No dogs or other pets are allowed on site due to health & safety reasons. We do however welcome guide dogs and all other types of assistance dogs on site.
