I started seven years ago at Ridgeview, steadily progressing from a part-time retail and events assistant to my current role on the Senior Leadership team. As my responsibilities have grown, I’ve received training and internal mentoring to build my skills and experience. I want to keep learning more about the industry and help shape the future of the business.
I feel appreciated at Ridgeview. Throughout the five years I’ve worked here, I’ve received various promotions within the winery production team. I’ve been supported to develop skills and experience through on the job training, internal mentoring and my manager is always available to answer questions.
My career at Ridgeview started in the front of house hospitality team. I quickly progressed to an events role and then joined the marketing department. My current job gives me lots of autonomy and I’m trusted to make decisions. I’m building on what I’ve learnt at Ridgeview and will keep going for opportunities when they come up.
