After a welcome drink, you’ll dive straight into a hands-on blending masterclass — tasting, experimenting and creating your own wine, guided by Simon himself. You’ll discover how our wines are crafted, refine your blend as you go, and at the end we’ll have a friendly competition to see whose creation comes out on top.
It’s relaxed, interactive and a rare opportunity to spend time with our winemaker, so bring your questions and get stuck in.
After the masterclass, you’ll enjoy a cheese and charcuterie board paired with a glass of something special.
