All existing tickets have been rolled over to 2022 and we can’t wait to celebrate with you soon!
However, we understand that RidgeFest 2022 has been a long time coming and your plans might have changed. That’s why we’ve extended the option to refund your tickets by Tuesday 3 May 2022, just in case something’s come up.
To request a refund, please email below with the following information:
Your order number, how many tickets you wish to return and whether your bank details have changed (if so, please provide a contact number so that we can call you to update these before we issue your refund)
Refunds will be processed by Thursday 5th May and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
