Our new wine bar food menu brings together locally sourced artisanal produce. We serve flavour-packed plates made for unhurried conversations and special moments paired with an exceptional glass.
Whether you’re dropping in for a guided wine tasting, sharing a light lunch with friends, picking up a favourite bottle to take home or enjoying a cosy family moment after a crisp country walk, it’s a place to pause and savour – to enjoy honest flavours, easy conversation and award-winning wine.

Opening HoursOur relaxed wine bar menu is all about flavour – in every pour and every plate. Sourced from celebrated Sussex producers, we serve artisanal light bites crafted from honest ingredients made to sit beautifully alongside Ridgeview in the glass.

Take a seat overlooking our Chardonnay vineyard and taste the craft and character of our world-class English sparkling wine. Led by a Ridgeview guide, you’ll sample the full line-up of our Signature and Limited Release wines. A relaxed, flavour-focused tasting to discover your favourites for every season and celebration, with the option to add limited-edition pours, local cheese or light bites along the way.

We are located about a 30-minute walk or a five-minute car/taxi journey from Burgess Hill station, which has regular direct trains from both London and Brighton. There is onsite visitor parking available (with EV chargers), where vehicles can be left throughout your visit at your own risk. Click here for more information on how to get to Ridgeview.

Yes, we have vegetarian and vegan options and can advise on all allergens in our menu. If you have food allergies or intolerances, please inform us when you arrive.
We have dedicated disabled parking spaces and step-free access from our car park, across the entire estate including the vineyard, winery shop, tasting rooms, restaurant, bar and bathrooms.

Yes, under 18s are welcome to visit the Winery Bar & Shop. However, children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the visit.
We love waggy tails but they’ll have to paws for this one – only guide and assistance dogs are allowed at the Winery Bar & Shop. (We’ll raise a glass to them instead.)
