GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL VOUCHERS

The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions: In order to purchase a vouchers, you will need to register an account with smart gift through the Website.
Gift vouchers ordered through smart gift will either be automatically delivered by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order or via a Royal Mail first class postal service.
Gift vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
Gift vouchers must be through the smart gift Website, as full or part payment of products from our Website or on site at Ridgeview Wine Estate.
A Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase a further Gift vouchers.
When ordering a Gift vouchers, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift vouchers.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

Tour and Tasting vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This voucher cannot be extended past the date of expiration.
This voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
This voucher can only be used to book a Tour and Tasting for two, using our online booking system.

Wine vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This voucher cannot be extended past the date of expiration.
This voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
This voucher can only be redeemed in the winery shop, onsite at Ridgeview Wine Estate or in our online shop.

The Rows & Vine vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This voucher cannot be extended past the date of expiration.
This voucher is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Gratuity is not included.
This voucher can only be redeemed in The Rows & Vine restaurant, onsite at Ridgeview Wine Estate.
