Hosts Paul and Simon came down to visit us at The Rows & Vine restaurant at Ridgeview, to record the episode in front of an intimate audience. They talk about small plates, designing tasting menus, how Ridgeview came to be, getting kids into food and the Brighton food scene.
But the highlight? It was undoubtedly the live interaction with the audience, as they answered questions over glasses of our flagship Blanc de Blancs 2018. Mardi offered insights into the winemaking process behind this vintage, painting a picture of the exceptional year that was 2018.
