ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP | £580

Join usTo keep your membership simple and secure, we use a Direct Debit mandate via GoCardless. The OurView annual membership is £580 for your first year (including your luxury Welcome Case) and £530 for each following year, collected as a one-off annual payment.
Your first year’s membership includes a £50 joining fee, which contributes towards your luxury Welcome Case (worth £134 RRP), ensuring exceptional value from the moment you join.
Peace of mind regarding renewals: Your membership is a rolling annual renewal, so you never miss a vintage. However, you don’t need to worry about any surprises, we will always contact you at least two weeks before your anniversary to check if you’d like to continue your journey with us.

Absolutely! Share the joy of Ridgeview with a gifted membership for £580. Joining at the Vineyard? You can take your Bloomsbury Gift Set and voucher home with you that very day! Your official membership card will follow in the post once your Direct Debit has been successfully processed.
Joining from home? We’ll ship your complete Welcome Case directly to your door. You can expect to receive your bubbles and benefits within 7–10 working days of joining.
Each 6-bottle case is a seasonal celebration handpicked by our winemaker. You’ll receive a curated mix of our signature NV and Limited Edition wines, and occasionally, rare archive bottles or member-only exclusives.
Our seasonal cases are thoughtfully curated by our Head Winemaker to showcase the best of the Ridgeview cellar – including rare archives and member-exclusives you won’t find anywhere else. While the cases are fixed selections, you can always use your 20% member discount to build your own custom case of favourites anytime!
We take great care in packing our wines, but if something goes wrong in transit, please let us know immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit your account faster than you can say ‘cheers!
We mark the seasons with two special deliveries—one in May to toast the spring and one in November to spark your winter festivities. We ensure these are timed perfectly to allow for Direct Debit payments to clear.
Joining at the Vineyard? If you’re enjoying a tour and tasting and decide to join the club, you can use your 20% wine discount and 10% food discount at The Rows & Vine and our Vineyard Shop right away. Just show our team your welcome email, and we’ll honour your benefits on the spot. Don’t forget, you can take your luxury Welcome Case home with you too!
Joining Remotely? Simply log in to your account on our website to shop with your 20% discount and Free Next Working Day Delivery immediately. You can also book a table at The Rows & Vine to start using your dining benefits. Your complete Welcome Case, Tour & Tasting voucher, and membership card will be with you in the post within 7–10 days.

For your personal wine orders: As an exclusive member benefit, you enjoy Free Next Working Day Delivery on all wine purchases made with your 20% discount—even on orders under £45! It’s the perfect way to share the Ridgeview joy or top up your cellar at a moment’s notice.
For your Seasonal Cases: We process payments on 1st May and 1st November. Because Direct Debit mandates take about 5–7 working days to clear through GoCardless, we aim to have your curated 6-bottle shipment on your doorstep during the second week of May and November.
For member shipments and online purchases throughout the year, you will receive a tracking email directly from DHL (our courier). You can follow the shipments journey and arrange any necessary measures such as leave with a neighbour, leave in safe place etc.
You’re in control. Simply log in to the ‘My Account’ section on our website to update your delivery address or view your past orders. If you need to update your bank details for your Direct Debit, just email us and we’ll send you a secure new link! If you wish to discuss your membership, please contact [email protected] or call 01444 242 040.
Of course! Life moves fast, and we want your wine to keep up. You can update your delivery address anytime by logging into your Member Portal and updating your Address Book.
Top Tip: We recommend setting your home address as your “Default Shipping Address.” This ensures your biannual member cases always reach you safe and sound, even if you’ve recently sent a one-off gift to a friend! Just make sure any changes are made at least two weeks before our May or November shipments.

OurView is an annual membership designed to give you a full year of curated wine and exclusive vineyard experiences. When you join, your £580 payment covers your luxury Welcome Case and your 12 months of benefits and wine deliveries.
While we are unable to offer mid-year cancellations (except as outlined in our Terms & Conditions), you have complete control over your renewal. If you decide the club isn’t for you, simply let us know when we contact you before your anniversary, and we will ensure your membership does not renew for the following year.
