This free tour typically takes around 45 minutes, but you’re welcome to explore at your own pace. Enhance your visit with a wine tasting or book a table at our vineyard restaurant, The Rows & Vine, our vineyard restaurant.
As we are a working vineyard and winery, we reserve the right to close the tour trail at any time.
We offer exclusive private tour and tasting experiences, tailor-made to your individual requirements. Led by an experienced guide, guests will journey through the Ridgeview estate to discover the world behind our English sparkling wines, followed by a tutored tasting overlooking the vines.
You can choose from a range of additional upgrades including Sussex cheese pairing, limited-edition wine tasting, a drinks reception and dining at our restaurant, The Rows & Vine.

We have dedicated disabled parking spaces and step-free access from our car park, across the entire estate including the vineyard, winery shop, tasting rooms, restaurant, bar and bathrooms.
If you, or anyone in your party, have any additional access and mobility requirements, please let us know in advance, so we can support you in your requirements. On average our tours take one and a half hours allowing plenty of time to enjoy our beautiful vineyard from The Rows & Vine restaurant afterwards if you wish.
Under 18s are not permitted on tours due to health and safety reasons. However, children under the age of 18 are welcome in our restaurant, The Rows & Vine as long as they are accompanied by adults throughout the visit.
On our Taste of Ridgeview wine tastings, we serve approximately six 25ml measures of wine. For our Tour & Tasting experiences, we serve approximately four 50ml measures. As we free-pour, these are approximate servings. Spittoons are available, and if needed, you’re welcome to leave your car at Ridgeview overnight — just let a member of our team know during your visit.
Tours & Tastings tickets are non-refundable. You can reschedule your tour once. However, we must have at least two weeks’ notice to do so, otherwise your booking will not be eligible for rescheduling.
Ridgeview host tours year-round. In the case of extreme weather conditions, we may cancel an event for safety reasons and in this instance a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Ridgeview reserves the right to postpone tours as required. For full T&C’s please click here.
Dogs are unfortunately not permitted on the estate, apart from assistance or guide dogs.
