Complementing and contrasting beautifully, Blanc de Noirs 2016, made from select Pinot Noir, delivers a rich, complex character—full-bodied with deep red fruit notes and a hint of toasted spice.

Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs 2020

Crafted solely from the finest Chardonnay grapes from our heritage English vineyard, it captures the purest expression of Ridgeview’s Sussex terroir in one exceptional vintage year. Bright orchard fruit and warm honeyed apricots lead the palate, with hints of savoury coastal salinity unfolding. Layers of apple tarte tatin and spiced peaches meet a luxurious mousse and a tantalising streak of acidity, delivering complexity that lingers long on the finish.

A unique expression of English Pinot Noir at its finest, crafted only in the very best vintage years. With a palate-tingling profile, Ridgeview’s Blanc de Noirs 2016 greets you with a delicate golden colour and a nose that is as complex as it is captivating. Aromas of black cherry and liquorice are backed by apricot and toasted notes. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and rich, with a rounded texture that gives way to hints of aromatic spice. The long, balanced finish lingers, showcasing the wine’s depth and maturity.
